Requisition For Supermarket Data Entry Clerk in Manama

We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to manage and maintain the integrity of our supermarket inventory and sales data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting a high volume of information, ensuring all product codes, pricing, stock levels, and vendor details are current and accurate within our management systems.

>Key Responsibilities

Accurately input and update product information, including SKUs, descriptions, units of measure, and pricing, into the Point-of-Sale (POS) and inventory management systems.

Process and verify daily invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports.

Maintain accurate stock level records by reconciling physical counts with system data.

Assist with generating basic inventory and sales reports for management review.

Ensure data consistency and integrity across all relevant databases.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Experience: Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in data entry, preferably in a retail or supermarket environment.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in a related field is a plus.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Experience with POS systems and Inventory Management Software is highly desirable.
