Project Status Report:
– Regularly update the project manager and deputy manager on construction progress, completed work, ongoing tasks, and future plans.
Develop Construction Procedures:
– Establish effective procedures covering all construction aspects for smooth project progress.
Resource Planning:
– Identify human resources, equipment, and materials needed throughout the project, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
Select Construction Methods:* Choose suitable methods based on project needs, timelines, and available resources for efficient, safe, and cost-effective construction.
Contract and Technical Interpretation:* Clarify contract terms and technical details for site engineers and foremen to understand their roles clearly.
Teamwork:
– Collaborate with various engineers to facilitate information sharing and teamwork.
On-site Guidance and Supervision:
– Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to plans, procedures, and quality standards.
Response to Problems and Emergencies:
– Address delays and emergencies promptly to maintain project progress.
Contract, Technical, and Financial Management:
– Stay updated on project contracts, technical aspects, and finances for smooth project execution.
Quality Control
– Conduct quality inspections to meet project quality requirements.
Safety Management:

Requirements

• bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 15 years of experience in this field
