Job Title: Follow-Up Technician (Structural Steel)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Follow-Up Technician specializing in structural steel to bridge the gap between design, fabrication, and on-site erection. In this role, you will ensure all steel components match engineering specifications, track project timelines, coordinate closely with site teams, and resolve technical issues on the spot.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Act as the main link between the design team, fabrication workshop, and on-site erection crews.

Quality Control: Inspect and verify that steel components strictly adhere to engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Timeline Tracking: Monitor project milestones to ensure fabrication and delivery schedules stay on track.

Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical discrepancies or field issues during the erection phase.

Requirements & Qualifications

Direct Experience: Proven experience working in the steel structure field in the same position (Follow-Up Technician / Technical Coordinator).

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of steel fabrication, erection processes, and technical drafting/drawings.

Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong site coordination skills, and sharp attention to quality control.
