Sales / Marketing Manager in Manama

We are looking an Sales / Marketing Manager to join out team.

Salary : Negotiable

Experience : swimming pool construction field

Minimum experience 5 years in similar field is mandatory

Key Duties & Responsibilities Sales Management Lead Sales Teams:

Recruit, train, and mentor sales consultants and designers to achieve revenue targets. Consultative Selling: Oversee the bidding and proposal process for custom residential or commercial aquatic projects.

Pipeline Management: Track and forecast sales using CRM software to move leads from initial consultation to contract and closure. Marketing & Lead Generation Brand Awareness:

Promote the company’s unique selling points (USPs) and portfolio of custom pool builds through strategic advertising and local market activations. Digital & Print Marketing: Direct digital campaigns, social media, and website updates showcasing pool designs, 3D renderings, and completed projects.

Market Research: Analyze local construction trends, competitor pricing, and buyer demands to maintain a competitive advantage.

Client Relations & Operations Customer Satisfaction: Build trust with homeowners, developers, and landscape architects to ensure high satisfaction and generate referrals.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers and design teams to ensure what is sold aligns exactly with the company’s construction capabilities
