Warehouse officer

– Inspect the warehouse and property periodically.
– Facilitate the receipt and delivery of goods.
– Organizing, tabulating and coding materials available in the warehouse.
– Carrying out periodic and continuous inventory work.
– Keep damaged and replaced materials in their own place.
– Take responsibility for the excess and shortage of goods.
– Coordinating merchandise, storing and arranging shelves.
– Preparing records of materials entered and exited from the warehouse.
– Doing office work and organizing documents.
– Preparing and submitting comprehensive weekly reports of everything that happened during the week inside the warehouse.
– Keep all records, information, cards and documents stored.
– Recording incoming and outgoing quantities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years’ experience in related role
• Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Good in the English language
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software
• Saudi only
