We are seeking a Purchasing & Operations Coordinator to support RFQ and quotation activities, procure materials from the Eastern Province market upon PO receipt, and coordinate dispatch and shipment to project sites. The role requires strong supplier coordination and logistics follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Support RFQ and quotation preparation
Source and purchase materials locally from the Dammam market after PO approval
Coordinate with vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams
Arrange dispatch and shipment of materials to project locations
Track orders, deliveries, and documentation to ensure timely execution
Requirements:
Experience in purchasing, operations, or logistics coordination
Knowledge of local suppliers and markets (Dammam preferred)
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
