Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Promote and upsell farm products to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

Cashier Duties:

Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit/debit card transactions accurately.

Process sales transactions quickly and efficiently.

Maintain a balanced cash drawer, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.

Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Inventory Management:
