A leading business group in Bahrain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations for a one-of-a-kind hospitality concept that blends indoor, outdoor, floating, and cruise-style dining. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple dining formats (indoor, outdoor, floating, cruise-style)

• Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver consistent service excellence

• Manage inventory, procurement, and stock control across all service zones

• Implement and monitor cost control measures and P&L performance

• Coordinate back-office functions including scheduling, reporting, and compliance

• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met across all venues

• Liaise with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth operations

• Support marketing and event execution in collaboration with management

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and warmth

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in casual dining or multi-format restaurant management

• Proven track record in inventory control, cost management, and P&L oversight

• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a collaborative mindset

• Hands-on operator who leads by example and adapts to dynamic environments

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Valid Bahrain driving license (mandatory)

• Proficient in restaurant software systems and Microsoft Office

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends
