Position Overview:
Business Development Officer will serve as the Marketing and Business Development Officer dedicated to expanding Group Company integrated facility service portfolio across the Kingdom of Bahrain and GCC region. He will spearhead prospecting, lead generation, client engagement, and inter-company coordination to support strategic growth across all service sectors. His role is high-impact and performance-based with key accountability in developing and securing new business opportunities.
Primary Responsibility Scope:
The Business Development scope covers the following Dream Group service verticals:
Facilities Management (EFM)
Pest Control Company (I PEST CONTROL)
Quick Zebra Service (Commercial Cleaning)
iClean Services (Residential and Commercial Cleaning)
Dream Pools (Pools and Landscaping )
Facade Cleaning Services (QZS/iClean)
Protect Security Services
Dream Fire & Safety
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across all facility service domains. Use the IPC database and client list for initial startup.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, with regular reporting of leads, opportunities, and closures by working closely with DM/Business Head.
• Create customized presentations, pitch decks, and business cases for high-value clients. Seek all kinds of sales support from DM and concerned division managers.
• Monitor tender portals, commercial bulletins, and real estate news for upcoming prospects.
• Cultivate relationships with key sectors: construction companies, real estate developers, government authorities, hospitality groups, schools, healthcare providers, etc.
Marketing Strategy Execution
• Develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns (digital, email, print) in alignment with service priorities by coordinating with the in-house marketing team.
• Generate brand visibility and awareness campaigns for all Dream Group entities.
• Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing materials, company profiles, service flyers, and catalogs.
• Manage and track campaign performance across platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Ensure alignment between marketing strategy and business development activities.
Team Coordination Supervision
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with the sales Coordinator, who will assist with:
o Research site visits
o Proposal creation documentation
o Internal coordination and follow-ups
• Supervise lead tracking, inquiry response turnaround, and scheduled reporting.
4. Proposal Tender Management
• Lead the preparation of technical financial proposals for major clients and tenders, and advise them to do it from time to time by respective divisions. Your role does not cover submissions of tenders/proposals for any of the divisions.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals with all necessary attachments and
certifications from all divisions, in case any department sales team fails to submit on time, report to your reporting manager.
• Collaborate with department heads and operations teams to structure competitive and compliant bids.
5. Internal Collaboration and Reporting
• Serve as the central marketing and BD point of contact across all divisions.
• Coordinate closely with each division’s operations and sales teams for proposal inputs and execution readiness.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Division Manager, including:
Lead status
Campaign results
Meetings conducted
Opportunities in the pipeline
Issues recommendations
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
Area: KPI
New Client Acquisition: Minimum 5 qualified leads/month
Proposal Submission Timeliness: 100% on-time submission
Campaign Effectiveness: 10% increase in inquiry conversion
Cross-Division Lead Sharing: Weekly lead sharing with a minimum of 3 divisions
Reporting Documentation: Accurate and timely weekly reporting

Qualifications Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in facilities management or B2B services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced skills in proposal writing, presentation creation, and client engagement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
• Fluent in English. Arabic, Urdu, and/or Hindi are assets
• Dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven
