Project Manager in Riyadh

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-end interior fit-out and joinery execution

projects across hospitality and residential developments. The ideal candidate has deep

experience managing complex project timelines, teams, subcontractors, and client expectations

while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead end-to-end project execution of large-scale interior fit-outs and joinery installation.

– Manage production, on-site operations, subcontractors, engineers, and labor teams.

– Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and contract terms.

– Oversee site coordination, installation schedules, material procurement, and work quality.

– Conduct regular progress reviews, prepare project reports, and maintain updated

documentation.

– Lead contract administration, including scope alignment, change orders, and claims handling.

– Drive accurate billing and client communication through proper quantity measurements and

certifications.

Requirements:

– 15–20 years of experience in project management within interior fit-outs and joinery.

– Proven ability to manage multiple large projects from pre-construction to handover.

– Deep understanding of site logistics, civil/interior coordination, and project billing.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

– Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
