Hiring: Estimator – 01 Position

Educational Qualification:

Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Technology, or

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Technical Skills:

Proficient in blueprint reading and quantity take-offs.

Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation.

Industry Knowledge:

Sound understanding of construction methods, including civil, concrete, piping, and structural works, with the ability to anticipate actual labor and construction costs.

Good knowledge of the local market, including labor rates, material supply chains, and subcontractor networks.

Familiarity with applicable construction codes, standards, and project specifications.

Key Skills:

Ability to review Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Letters of Intent (LOIs), tender documents, drawings, and project specifications to identify hidden costs, exclusions, and commercial risks.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with estimation and quantity surveying software.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and estimation.

KSA/GCC experience
