Protocol Training: Developing and teaching Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on WHO, CDC, or national health guidelines.
Infection Control Education: Training on proper hand hygiene (WHO Five Moments), disinfection techniques, and aseptic procedures.
Hazardous Materials Handling: Educating staff on the safe handling, color-coding, and disposal of biomedical, liquid, and solid waste.
PPE Compliance: Instructing on the correct use, donning, and doffing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Operational Training: Teaching the correct use of cleaning equipment and chemicals, including chemical dilution ratios and safety data sheets (SDS).
Environmental Monitoring: Training staff on daily and deep cleaning procedures for patient rooms, operating theaters, and isolation areas.
Performance Auditing: Implementing, monitoring, and evaluating staff performance through audits, inspections, and feedback.
NHRA certification required. “MUST”
