We are looking for an experienced Coffee R&D & Performance Manager to help grow a specialty coffee brand.
This role works closely with the Founder and focuses on:
• Product & menu development
• Data-driven decisions
• Revenue improvement
• Execution through the team
This is a hands-on thinking role for someone who understands how coffee shops really operate.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and improve coffee drinks and menu items
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback
• Use data to guide product and pricing decisions
• Test and improve revenue-driving ideas
• Turn ideas into clear actions and follow up on execution
Requirements
• Proven experience in a coffee shop or coffee brand
• Experience with menu development or coffee operations
• Comfortable working with numbers and performance data
• Practical, execution-focused mindset
Package
• Full-time role
• 4,000 to 7,000 (based on experience)
• Growth opportunity as the brand scales
