IT Specialist in Manama

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, networks, and user systems.

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, servers, printers, and network devices.

Manage user accounts, email systems, data backups, and access permissions.

Monitor system performance, security, and reliability of IT infrastructure.

Support company applications, ERP systems, and licensed software.

Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and system procedures.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.

Ensure data security, antivirus protection, and compliance with IT policies.

Provide IT support for offices, project sites, and remote users as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

3–7 years of experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.

Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and system administration.

Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, email systems, and basic server management.

Knowledge of cybersecurity, data backup, and disaster recovery practices.

Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
