Field Sales Engineer (Spare Parts)

A leading spare parts company is seeking to hire a Field Sales Engineer to join its team. Job Responsibilities: Conduct regular visits to customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure effective field sales activities. Identify customer needs and provide suitable spare parts solutions. Prepare accurate quotations for spare parts and follow up with customers. Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies and procedures. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Prepare basic sales reports and provide market feedback when required. Main Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum GPA: Very Good (required). Strong communication skills with a pleasant personality and the ability to deal confidently with customers. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good command of the English language (written and spoken). Willingness to perform field work and customer visits regularly. Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-oriented.
