We are seeking a Construction Logistics Manager who will be based in Jeddah and possess in-depth knowledge of the Jeddah environment.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead and coordinate traffic management plans for construction projects in Jeddah

– Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize site access, material movement, and workforce transport

– Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and municipality requirements

– Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to minimize disruption and maximize efficiency

– Monitor performance metrics related to traffic and logistics, and drive continuous improvement

– Manage interfaces with public authorities, traffic police, and utility providers as needed

## Required Qualifications

– Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate; strong understanding of the Jeddah environment and traffic patterns

– Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in construction logistics and traffic management

– Proven track record in traffic management for large-scale construction projects

– Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and monitor traffic management plans

– Knowledge of local regulations, permits, safety requirements, and best practices in Saudi Arabia

– Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

– Analytical mindset with ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk

Preferred Qualifications

– Professional certifications in traffic management, logistics, or project management

– Experience with heavy equipment logistics, crane operations coordination, and material sequencing
