Position:

Welding QC Supervisor – Shop Fabrication

Requirements:

ARAMCO Approved

CBT Pass

Minimum 5 years of experience in Welding QC (Shop Fabrication)

Strong knowledge of ASME, AWS, and ARAMCO standards

Experience in spool fabrication, fit-up, and welding inspection

Familiar with WPS, PQR, WPQ, and Material Test Certificates (MTCs)

Understanding of NDT requirements and inspection procedures

Good communication, documentation, and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

Supervise all welding QC activities in the shop fabrication area

Inspect and verify fit-up, root pass, and final welding quality

Ensure all fabrication and welding works follow approved WPS and project standards

Review and control WPS/PQR/WPQ documentation

Prepare and maintain daily inspection and welding reports

Coordinate with client representatives and QC engineers for inspection clearance

Ensure safety and quality compliance during fabrication activities
