Designer & Shop Coordinator (Digital Printing Gift Shop)

We are starting a new Digital Printing Gift Shop and looking for a smart, creative, and responsible Shop Guy who can handle both designing and shop coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design custom gifts (Mugs, T-shirts, frames, keychains, stickers, etc.) using Photoshop / Illustrator.

Handle customer requirements and prepare designs as per their needs.

Operate and coordinate digital printing machines.

Manage daily shop activities and customer service.

Maintain files, orders, and delivery timelines.

Coordinate with suppliers for materials and consumables.

Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable.

Support in basic marketing (WhatsApp orders, walk-in customers, etc.).

Requirements:

Good knowledge of Photoshop / CorelDraw / Illustrator.

Experience in digital printing or gift shop is an advantage.

Basic English communication (Arabic is a plus).

Friendly attitude and good customer-handling skills.

Ability to manage the shop independently.

Location: Dammam
