Site Supervisor in Manama

Location: Bahrain

Industry: Fit-Out / Interior / Construction

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our Interior Design and Execution Company.

Qualification (Mandatory):

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Degree must be from a recognized institute or university

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities

Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

Monitor quality, safety, and progress of work on site

Maintain site records, reports, and material tracking

Ensure compliance with HSE and project standards

Assist in inspections with consultants and clients

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Site Supervisor

Experience in fit-out / civil works is preferred

GCC experience will be an advantage

Skills Required:

Good knowledge of civil and interior fit-out works

Ability to read and understand construction drawings

Good communication and team coordination skills
