1. Basic Functions:

The basic function of the Maintenance Supervisor is to coordinate daily crews for a large facility.

To supervise a maintenance team of approximately 4–7 members, including himself. The overall project team consists of around 25–30 team members. Please note that the project site is located in a remote area; however, all necessities are provided, including three meals daily, shared accommodation, transportation to and from the work site, and a mid-day break definitely.

The candidate must have minimum experience in electrical work, carpentry, welding, and general maintenance activities. Previous experience working with subcontractors for SABIC, Aramco, or in Jubail is highly preferable. A TÜV certification is also considered an added advantage.

2. Scope:

The Maintenance Supervisor will monitor and/or perform quality activities at all stages. He is required to coordinate and oversight of cleaning, construction teams, labor and maintenance crews and vehicular site deliveries.

Duties may require physical exertion, working outdoors, confined spaces, remote work locations.

3. Principal duties:

A. Daily coordination for all type of requirements related to the maintenance of the facility.

B. Maintaining oversight of cleaning, construction teams, labor and maintenance crews.

4. Minimum Requirements:

A. High School.

B. Three (3) years practical experience.

C. Strong organizational and staff supervision skills.

D. Fluency either in English.

E. KSA recognized driving License.

The work location is in a remote area; however, the city is fully serviced with essential

facilities including a medical clinic, markets, gym, and regular social and community

activities, and air travel to Dammam, Al Hasa or Riyadh is provided in approved cases.
