Civil / Fit-Out Engineer:

Urgent Requirement: Civil Engineer / Fit-Out Engineer Required in Riyadh

Description: We are looking for a competent and experienced civil engineer/fit-out engineer for a project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven experience in civil/fit-out works in Saudi Arabia.

• Location: Currently residing in Riyadh.

• Iqama: Must possess a Valid and Transferable Iqama.

• Driving License: Must have a valid Saudi Driving License (Having a personal car is a major advantage).

• Nationality: Open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and supervising site-level fit-out and civil works.

• Ensuring projects are completed on time and according to specifications.

• Traveling between project sites in Riyadh as required.

• Assisting the technical office team with shop drawings, material submittals, and contract issues.

• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and material delivery on site.

• Preparing daily/weekly site progress reports and updating the management.

• Resolving site-level technical issues and ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
