Sales Executive in Dammam

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Equipment Rental Sales Executive to grow our customer base and increase rental revenue. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives in the field, understands customer needs, and enjoys building long-term partnerships in the construction, industrial, or infrastructure markets.

*Key Responsibilities*

Develop and manage a portfolio of new and existing rental customers

Promote and sell short- and long-term equipment rental solutions

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment and services

Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close rental agreements

Maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and site supervisors

Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B sales experience (equipment rental, construction, industrial, or related industries preferred)

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory

Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Preferred Experience

Equipment rental or heavy equipment sales experience

Knowledge of construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects

Existing contractor or industrial customer relationships
