Customer Sales Representative (CSR) – KSA Market

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to promote our e-commerce training programs, in the Saudi market. The ideal candidate should have telesales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Conversion

Contact potential customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

Understand customer needs and recommend the right training programs.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into enrolled students.

2. Customer Engagement

Explain course details, pricing, schedules, and training benefits.

Answer customer questions and resolve any concerns.

Promote our courses to individuals and organizations.

3. Course Promotion

Work with the marketing team on promotional materials and campaigns.

Join webinars, workshops, and events to represent our training programs.

4. Sales Reporting

Update all sales activities and leads in the CRM system.

Share daily/weekly sales performance reports with management.

5. Support Enrolled Students

Assist students with questions about their training.

Share feedback with the training team to improve programs.

6. Continuous Learning

Stay updated with e-commerce trends.

Attend internal trainings to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in telesales or customer sales.

Experience in education or e-commerce training is a plus.

Good communication skills in English and Urdu/Hindi.

Strong selling, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Basic knowledge of Amazon / Shopify is an advantage.

Understanding of the Saudi market is preferred.
