Education: BS Computer information system or Computer Science and Engineering

Job description:

Objective: To manage an organization’s application platforms, including installation, configuration, maintenance, security, and user access.

Key Responsibilities:

* Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade applications and platform software.

* System Monitoring: Monitor application performance, uptime, and resource consumption to ensure optimal operation.

* User and Access Management: Manage user roles, permissions, and access to applications and platform features.

* Technical Support: Work with technical support team to provide technical support, diagnose and resolve user issues, and create workaround procedures.

* Maintenance and Upgrades: Work with maintenance team to perform regular maintenance, install updates and patches, and manage software licenses.

* Security and Compliance: Ensure applications are secure, having the updated cybersecurity software and system and is compliant with regulations, and follow established policies and governance frameworks.

* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.

* Collaboration: Work with development teams, stakeholders, marketing agencies, payment gateway, SMS gateway and vendors to make sure effective operations and to implement new features, resolve problems, and ensure business needs are met.

* Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning and improvements.

* Reporting: Work with business analysts in preparing reports regarding the platform and its activities.

Education:

Bachelor’s and Collage Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience

Experience :

* 5-10+ experience of progressive Apps platform experience is required Required Skills and Knowledge:

* Application & Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of specific application platforms .

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and managing servers, operating systems, networks, and virtualization technologies.

* Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

* Scripting/APIs: Basic scripting and API knowledge may be required for reporting and data management tasks.

* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with users, developers, and vendors.

* Business Acumen: Understanding of the business processes and how applications support business needs.
