Position: Operations Coordinator

Location: Bahrain

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Operations Coordinator to manage and support daily delivery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring drivers, monitoring their performance, and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new drivers.

• Monitor and evaluate driver performance using reports and feedback.

• Coordinate shifts, assignments, and attendance.

• Analyse operational data and prepare performance reports.

• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and management.

• Handle operational issues promptly and professionally.

• Be available outside working hours when required.

Requirements:

• Strong English and Urdu communication skills (spoken and written).

• Excellent computer and data analysis skills (especially Excel).

• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work well under pressure.

• Previous experience in logistics or operations is an advantage.

Salary: Based on experience.
