Role Description,

This full-time, on-site position in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia calls for a skilled Site Engineer specializing in roads and bridges. The primary responsibility is to oversee construction projects, ensuring all activities align with design plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.

Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel efficiently

Interpret technical blueprints for accurate setting out and measurements.

Implement quality control procedures to satisfy regulatory requirements.

Coordinate materials, schedules, subcontractors, and overall project progress.

Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on site.

Proactively resolve technical challenges during construction to keep work on track.

Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential to support smooth collaboration in this multicultural environment. This role provides a hands-on opportunity to bring infrastructure projects to life by combining technical expertise with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
