Job Description:

We are looking for a Landscape Bidding Manager to lead and manage the preparation of bids and proposals for landscape projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, experience in project costing, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to secure new contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and tender documents

Analyze project requirements, scope, and technical specifications

Coordinate with design, technical, and commercial teams to prepare accurate proposals

Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing strategies

Maintain and develop relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

Ensure compliance with company standards and Saudi regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field

2 to 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in bidding, tendering, or project management

Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) Otherwise Please Don’t apply

Strong knowledge of landscape design, irrigation systems, and construction practices

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project costing software
