We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our facility management team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, SCE Registered

5–6 years of experience after degree in building or facility maintenance

Strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, pumps, and utilities

Knowledge of preventive & corrective maintenance

Ability to supervise technicians and coordinate with contractors

Familiarity with safety standards and local regulations

Good communication and reporting skills

Job Responsibilities:

Manage operation and maintenance of mechanical systems

Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure timely repairs

Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements

Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation

Preferred:

Experience in commercial buildings / hospitals / malls / hotels

Knowledge of BMS or CMMS systems
