Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and technically competent Sales Engineer – Chemicals to

manage and expand the business for Specialty and Laboratory Chemicals across Saudi

Arabia. The role involves driving sales growth, managing chemical operations, and

providing technical support to customers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical

knowledge of chemical processes, excellent customer engagement skills, and the ability to

support clients during trials and ongoing operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent (mandatory).

• 2–4 years of experience in chemical sales, preferably in specialty or industrial

chemicals.

• Strong understanding of chemical processes and industrial operations.

• Familiarity with major customers such as Saudi Aramco, Ma’aden, and Hadeed is an

added advantage.

• Valid driving license with willingness to travel extensively across the Kingdom of

Saudi Arabia.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and grow sales opportunities for Specialty and Lab Chemicals

across assigned territories in Saudi Arabia.

• Manage chemical operations in coordination with the Logistics and Supply Chain

teams.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing

new accounts across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Metalworking, Chemicals,

Aerospace, and Offshore industries.

• Conduct site surveys and gain a thorough understanding of customer processes,

particularly metalworking applications.

• Work closely with manufacturers (suppliers) to ensure technical alignment, product

availability, and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and submit technically sound and commercially competitive proposals and

quotations.

• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering teams to develop and deliver

customized chemical solutions.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support

business strategy.

• Prepare and maintain regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and ethical

standards at all times.
