Business Development Officer in Dammam

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team.

Position – Business Development Officer

Location – Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

– Identify and develop new business opportunities.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

– Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.

– Present service portfolio to potential clients.

– Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.

– Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding.

– Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

– Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports.

– Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

– 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.

– Experience in manpower services, HR outsourcing, recruitment, PRO/GRO services, business

setup, or corporate services is highly preferred.

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

– Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.

– A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

– Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.

– Valid Iqama and transferable are a must.
