A reputable gym in Hoora, Bahrain, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gym Trainer & Attendant to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is passionate about fitness, dedicated to client success, and eager to grow. This is a dual role that combines personal training with maintaining our gym’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver customized training programs focused on muscle building and general physical fitness.

Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s body type, goals, and limitations.

Provide expert guidance, motivation, and support to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Ensure the gym floor is clean, organized, and all equipment is maintained to high safety standards.

Assist members with equipment usage and general gym inquiries.

Candidate Requirements:

Must have proven experience as a Gym Trainer, Personal Trainer, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and muscle-building techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.

Ability to work, learn, and perform as part of a team.
