Responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards, conducting inspections, preparing reports, and implementing quality control procedures.

**Craftsman/Technician – Electronics Technician (Non-Saudi, 5 years’ experience)**

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic systems and equipment, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring optimal performance.

**Craftsman/Technician – General Maintenance Technician (Non-Saudi, 5 years’ experience)**

Handles routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

**Craftsman/Technician – BMS Operator/Technician (Non-Saudi, 5 years’ experience)**

Operates and monitors Building Management Systems (BMS), ensures efficient functioning of HVAC and other systems, and responds to system alerts and faults.

**Labour – Gardener (Non-Saudi)**

Responsible for maintaining gardens and landscaping, including planting, watering, trimming, and general outdoor upkeep.

**Labour – Teaboy (Indian)**

Provides tea and refreshments, maintains pantry cleanliness, and supports basic office hospitality services.

**Labour – VIP Coffee Server (Non-Saudi)**

Prepares and serves coffee and beverages to VIP guests, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
