Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Female Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to management. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic and have substantial experience in office administration.
Requirements
* Female candidate.
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in office administration, executive support, or a similar role.
* Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) – mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of office management procedures and administrative systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Experience in handling office documentation, filing systems, and record management.
* Ability to coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and company events.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and management schedules.
* Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and official documents.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
* Maintain office records, contracts, and filing systems.
* Assist management with project coordination and administrative support.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and government entities when required.
* Ensure smooth communication between departments.
* Monitor office supplies and procurement requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* Experience working in Saudi Arabia.
* Familiarity with government portals and business administration processes.
* Valid transferable Iqama (if applicable).
