Store Keeper in Riyadh

Position: Store Keeper

Location: Sudair, Saudi Arabia

Industry: Printing & Packaging Factory

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Inventory and Production Management (Inbound & Production):

Receiving raw materials and supplies, inspecting them, and ensuring their conformity with purchase orders and supplier invoices.

Issuing and preparing raw materials and supplies for production lines based on approved disbursement orders.

Receiving finished (or semi-finished) products from production lines, re-entering them into the warehouse, and arranging them systematically.

Implementing proper storage policies (such as FIFO – First In, First Out) to prevent material spoilage.

2. Shipping and Customer Relations (Outbound & Shipping):

Preparing and packing orders destined for customers based on shipping orders and issued invoices.

Coordinating with shipping companies or facility drivers to arrange safe transport of goods.

Tracking shipments step-by-step from the moment they leave the warehouse until their arrival and actual delivery to the customer.

Communicating with customers (when necessary) to confirm delivery dates and resolve any shipping or quantity issues.

3. Reporting & Control:

Conducting periodic (weekly/monthly) and annual inventory counts and reconciling physical stock levels with the electronic system.

Preparing and submitting daily and periodic inventory reports to management (stock volume, incoming and outgoing transactions, slow-moving products).

Monitoring the “reorder point” for critical materials and notifying the purchasing department before stocks run out.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Diploma degree in Business or a related field.

Experience: At least two years of practical work experience as a warehouse clerk, preferably with experience in factory warehouses (production and shipping).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in warehouse management and ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo) and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).

Strong knowledge of best practices in storage and occupational health and safety procedures in warehouses.

Personal Skills:

Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Excellent communication skills for following up with shipping companies and clients.

Ability to work under pressure and physically demanding when necessary.
