Urgent Hiring! BIM Manager – Precast Housing & Villas (Saudi Arabia) in Riyadh

Job Responsibilities:

– Lead BIM implementation across precast housing and villa projects, ensuring compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

– Develop and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and quality assurance protocols.

– Manage multidisciplinary coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and precast teams.

– Oversee clash detection, issue resolution, and model validation using Revit/Navisworks.

– Provide strategic BIM leadership, aligning digital construction processes with project goals.

– Supervise BIM Coordinators and Modelers, providing training and mentoring.

– Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure BIM deliverables meet client requirements.

– Prepare BIM progress reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Construction Management.

– 10+ years of BIM experience, with at least 5 years in managerial roles.

– Proven expertise in precast housing and villa projects within Saudi Arabia or GCC.

– Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and Dynamo.

– Strong knowledge of precast concrete detailing, modular housing systems, and GCC building codes.

– Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

– Bilingual (Arabic/English) preferred.

– Familiarity with ISO 19650 and Saudi Aramco/SABIC housing standards is an advantage.
