• Build complete SOP for the brand.

• Building a required store checklist to ensure that the store operates smoothly as per the standards.
• Developing staff with a continuous professional improvement plan to build capabilities & maximize their effective performance.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures meet the established quality standards, including reliability, usability, and performance.
• Analyze the business and create more ideas to improve the brand regarding operation and product quality.
• Conducting site inspection, Health & Safety in-house training.
• Train the employees to operate the store as per the slandered company policy.
• Visiting the stores and ensuring that all the standards are implemented.
• Training Strategies Developments.
• Developing staff with a continuous professional improvement plan to build capabilities & maximize their effective performance.
• Designed and implemented training programs/materials for the brand, including, On-Boarding, Sequence of Service, Sequence of Service & Upselling techniques, and Inventory Control through ERP system & manually.
• Training material for promoted employees (based on their positions), etc.
• Searching for new candidates from many websites and resources.
• Interview the new candidate for hiring purposes and provide recommendations.
• Other tasks and projects assigned by the company related to the work.
