Site Medical Nurse in Madinah

Key responsibilities

Emergency and first aid: Provide immediate medical assistance to employees who are injured or become ill at the site.

Health and safety: Conduct regular health and safety inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Record keeping: Maintain confidential and accurate medical records for all employees and report any work-related incidents to the appropriate departments.

Health education and promotion: Educate workers on health and safety topics, including injury prevention, proper ergonomics, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Wellness programs: Assist in planning and implementing wellness programs to promote the overall physical and mental well-being of the workforce.

Medical supply management: Monitor and manage the inventory of medical supplies, ensuring they are adequately stocked.

Liaison with external providers: Coordinate with external hospitals and healthcare providers for worker referrals and follow-up care when necessary.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.

Must have saudi arabia Nursing license.
