Production Engineer- Precast Experince in Riyadh

Dear Candiates ,

We are hiring production Engineer experince in Precast is must of 5-8 years , BE in Civil Engineering and holding transferable Iqama.

Precast experince is mandatory

Summary:

1- Directs and coordinates activities of industrial organization to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

2-Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following “Other duties may be assigned”:

3-Plans, develops and implements organization policies and goals and company objectives.

4-Coordinates activities of divisions or departments such as operating, manufacturing, engineering, planning, and estimation, maintenance, or research and development, to effect operational efficiency and economy.

5-Coordinates with administrative personnel and reviews activity, operating, and production reports to determine changes in programs or operations required.

6-Directs preparation of directives to division or department administrator outlining policy, program, or operations changes to be implemented.

7-Overall management of the Production Bays, Aggregate Bays, Batching Plant, Steel Fabriation and Assembly, Stockyard, and all related activities to Production.7-6 Programming and planning of production of the projects in hands and for up-coming new project.

8-Co-ordinate with cost & production Control department /purchasing department on all requested material (MR) and insure that all required material is in hand before start of mold preparation and casting.

9-Co-coordinating with PMD/erection department for delivery and arrangement of required trailers for the delivery of precast and hollow core slabs on time.

10-Co-ordinate with QA/QC department on quality issues and obtains technical assistance as required from engineering.

11-Prepare daily management report covering production activities, manpower, maintenance problems and material problems.

12-Co-ordinate with project Management Department for planning and scheduling for project.

13-Train and guide new skilled worker for related precast activities.

14-Make request of all the material needed for the production in advance to avoid delaying in the production and “MR” should be reviewed and approved by the Project Management In-Charge.

15-To be fully sure that the actual budget did not exceed over estimated budget for each project individually and overall projects.
