Job Title: HR & Admin Assistant

Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia

Language Requirement: Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to support day-to-day human resources functions and administrative operations. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and have 2–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or office management within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, CV screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.

Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and personal files.

Handle onboarding and offboarding formalities.

Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and monthly payroll inputs.

Ensure company compliance with Saudi labor laws and HR policies.

Coordinate medical insurance for employees.

Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.

Administration:

Oversee office administration including supplies, stationery, and facility management.

Manage visitor handling, correspondence, and internal communications.

Maintain company documents, filing systems, and administrative records.

Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for staff when required.

Support management in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.

Liaise with government portals (MOL, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business) if required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Fluent in Arabic (mandatory); English proficiency preferred.

2–3 years of HR and administrative experience in Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR documentation.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
