Urgent Require: HR Assistant for a chocolate manufacturing company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Candidate must be available in Riyadh, with transferable Iqama and availabe immidiately for joining.

provides administrative support to the human resources department by handling tasks such as record-keeping, payroll processing, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee databases, scheduling interviews, preparing new hire paperwork, and answering employee inquiries, while maintaining strict confidentiality. This role is crucial for ensuring the HR department’s daily operations run smoothly and is often an entry-level position for those looking to build a career in HR.
Key duties and responsibilities
Administrative support: Handle general administrative tasks like managing the HR department’s email, filing, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
Recruitment and hiring: Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and prepare offer letters.
Onboarding: Coordinate new employee orientations, complete new hire paperwork, and set up employee records and workstations.
Record and data management: Maintain accurate employee records, update the employee database, and manage employee time and attendance data.
Payroll and benefits: Assist with payroll processing, resolve payroll errors, and help manage benefits information and employee inquiries.
Employee relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, help manage grievances, and assist with exit interviews and termination paperwork.
Reporting: Compile and submit reports on various HR activities and performance metrics.
Essential skills and qualifications
Technical skills: High computer literacy, especially with MS Office, and the ability to learn HR software.
Soft skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in a related field is often preferred, and some experience in an administrative role is beneficial. An understanding of HR functions, best practices, and employment laws is crucial.
Salary package, 4000 – 4500 SR
