Salary: Negotiable
Job Description:
1. Responsible for providing complete quantity take‐off, analysis, estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope
2. Responsible for preparing and assembling bids and proposals for various contract types.
3. Perform assessment on subcontractor proposals to ascertain if scope is covered and also manage the risk of scope gaps.
4. Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings to support planning, sequencing of work, and activity durations.
5. Coordinating with the site team and actively reporting to the concerned stakeholders.
6. Analyzed project requirements and KPIs, reporting on gaps in progress.
7. Develop project schedules and facilitated progress to meet client-approved deadlines.
8. Track work progress against baseline schedules and identify delays or risks.
