Site Supervisor Steel Structure & Fabrication in Riyadh

*Site Supervisor (Steel Fabrication) Key Responsibilities*

* Understand and read structural steel drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication/erection details.

* Supervise all steel fabrication and installation activities at workshop and site.

* Manage manpower including fabricators, welders, fitters, riggers, and helpers effectively.

* Ensure execution of work strictly as per approved drawings, specifications, and site instructions.

* Control and monitor fitting, welding, cutting, assembly, and steel erection activities.

* Check alignment, leveling, bolting, and welding quality during fabrication and erection stages.

* Coordinate material movement, availability, and proper utilization at site/workshop.

* Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and correct workmanship standards.

* Enforce safety procedures, ensure PPE compliance, and maintain safe working conditions.

* Prepare daily progress reports including manpower deployment, productivity, and site status updates.
