Now Hiring: MEP Foreman – Construction Stage

Job Summary:

Responsible for the execution and supervision of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works during the construction stage.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise installation of all MEP systems: electrical wiring, conduits, DBs, plumbing, drainage, HVAC, and fire-fighting systems.

* Ensure MEP works follow approved drawings, method statements, and safety guidelines.

* Coordinate between civil and MEP teams to avoid conflicts and delays.

* Conduct inspections to verify quality and alignment of all installations.

* Monitor manpower, distribute tasks, and ensure daily productivity targets are met.

* Report technical issues, clashes, or material shortages to the MEP Engineer.

* Ensure proper testing, commissioning support, and final handover preparation.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years’ experience as MEP Foreman in construction-stage sites.

* Strong technical knowledge in electrical and plumbing systems.

* Ability to interpret drawings and supervise multiple trades.
