We are currently hiring qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions:

1. Store Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth business performance

Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation

Monitor sales targets, inventory levels, and profitability

Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies

Prepare reports and coordinate with senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in retail or food & beverage management

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage budgets and sales performance

2. Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in daily operations

Supervise staff and ensure service standards are met

Assist in inventory control, ordering, and stock management

Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally

Take charge in the Store Manager’s absence

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred

3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role

Good organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts

3. Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily staff activities and shift operations

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and service quality standards

Assist in training new employees

Report operational issues to management

Maintain positive customer experience

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

2–5 years of supervisory experience

Strong communication and team leadership skills

Customer-focused and detail-oriented
