Mechanical Engineer

• In-depth understanding of International Design Building codes for Mechanical (HVAC + Plumbing + Fire- Fighting) systems such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, UPC, SASO, International Plumbing code & BS-EN standards etc
• Report to the Resident Engineer and assist in supervising the construction works.
• Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Mechanical Works which includes HVAC, fire-fighting, underground & above drainage system, rain water & storm water system, Potable Water supply system.
• Monitoring of all mechanical related operations at the site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
• Review and assess the project drawings and specifications to ensure adequate instructions are provided for the work content described
• Oversees the daily construction activities at work site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress reporting.
• Ensure that all site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings.
• Ensuring that the work is completed in accordance with the specified Quality Management and control system and in a safe manner.
• Erection and supervising all piping, sprinklers and pumps installation for firefighting system.
• Supervision and execution of all plumbing work as per drawing.

• 10+ Experience in the same field
• Experience in Commercial & Manufacturing Projects
• Has knowledge of design verification specially for HVAC specially chilled water system, Firefighting and plumbing
• Minimum 7 Year’s experience of supervision in consultant field
• Awareness of AutoCAD and Microsoft Offices
• Acknowledge of all supervision process including documents procedure
