Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bidding & Estimation Assistant to support estimation department. In this role, you will focus on analyzing project requirements, breaking down costs, securing supplier quotes, and assisting management in preparing competitive financial and technical proposals for KSA government and private sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), drawings, and project specifications to understand material and labor requirements.

• Source, contact, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive and timely material quotes.

• Manage and maintain company registrations, pre-qualifications, and profile updates across various client and main contractor vendor/supplier portals.

• Assist in calculating direct/indirect costs and preparing comprehensive cost estimation sheets.

• Prepare detailed commercial and technical proposals in alignment with client requirements.

• Maintain an updated database of supplier prices, material costs, and market rates in KSA.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cost estimation, quantity surveying, or bidding in KSA.

• Hands-on experience navigating major KSA vendor/supplier portals.

• Strong background in reading BOQs and technical project documents.

• Good proficiency in MS Excel for complex cost calculations and data analysis.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to deal with clients & related peoples effectively.

• Bilingual (Fluent in Arabic and English) to handle both local and international vendor quote.
