Looking For A Lead Estimation Engineer – Construction Company in Jubail

We are looking for a qualified Lead Estimation Engineer to join our company

*Must has at least 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia

*Must has experience in a construction company, and preferred general contracting company with a civil background

*Recent job title must be Lead Estimation Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

– Project Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for engineering projects, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses.

– Tendering & Bidding: Develop competitive bids and proposals based on project specifications.

– Quantity Takeoff: Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine material quantities and costs.

– Budget Analysis: Assess project budgets and recommend cost-saving strategies.

– Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors for bidding purposes.

– Cost Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project costs and provide financial reports to management.

– Compliance & Regulations: Ensure cost estimates align with industry standards and contractual obligations.
