تفاصيل الوظيفة
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Collection Officer to assist in collecting outstanding payments from customers.
Responsibilities:
* Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
* Conduct phone calls and customer visits when required.
* Negotiate payment schedules and settlements.
* Maintain proper records of collection activities.
* Provide regular updates on collection status.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in collections, sales, customer relations, or debt recovery.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Valid driving license and own transportation preferred.
* Good knowledge of the local market in Oman.
* Ability to work independently and achieve collection targets.
Compensation:
* Attractive commission based on successfully collected amounts.
* Additional incentives may be offered based on performance.
