• Understand business needs and goals
• Develop strategies for data analysis and reporting
• Define company-wide metrics and various data sources
• Coordinate, configure and implement solutions that match the results of the analyzes
• Collaborate with all teams
• Oversee all analysis processes to correct inconsistencies and ensure quality
• Extract reports from multiple sources such as operations, IT and customer feedback
• Building systems to turn data into actionable business insights
• Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance
• Keep up with industry news and trends
Requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis skills and effective reporting
- Ability to pursue research and project management
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI and SQL
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, SAS
- Advance communication skills Advance time management and prioritization Accuracy, ability to solve problems
