We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our logistics team, specializing in sea and air freight forwarding and customs clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations for sea and air freight shipments
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, agents, and customs
• Oversee customs clearance processes and documentation
• Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery
• Handle operational issues and provide timely solutions
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company SOPs
Requirements:
• Proven experience in freight forwarding and customs clearance
• Strong knowledge of sea & air freight operations
• Familiarity with shipping documents (BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List)
• Ability to manage operations teams and work under pressure
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
